On the occasion, Sinha congratulated the people of Baramulla and Handwara saying that cinema theaters are a reflection of the growing ambition of Jammu and Kashmir.
The new multi-purpose cinema halls under public-private partnership are aimed at providing entertainment facilities to the people, reviving the vibrant cinema culture, providing refreshment for the young generation, a space for discussions and brainstorming through seminars.
Facilities at both locations will include a cafe, VR, conference and seminar facilities for youth.
