Kaniha dropped a video on Instagram in which she looks absolutely stunning in a lehenga saree. She also wrote a touching note in which she stated that aging is a natural process.
“Age is just a number they say. I would say, this is a natural process and acceptance is key. “I was clueless in my 20s and looked for happiness in people and places,” said Kaniha.
She added, “In my 30s I knew I was responsible for my happiness and I started my journey by looking inward. Now in my 40s I am creating my own happiness. I’m not willing to take my energy out on people and instead save it for myself. I am loving the process, enjoying and loving the wiser, happier, better me. PS: Never shame anyone for their age, ’cause you too will get there one day. #happinessinmy40s #selfcare #ageappropriate #alifebaby.”
