About a month ago, Elon Musk appointed Linda as the new CEO of Twitter.

Musk previously said Linda Yacarino would help build the “everything app.”

Before taking over as CEO of Twitter, Yaccarino was head of advertising for NBCUniversal.

She wrote in a post, “I’m excited to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at Twitter. I have long been inspired by Elon Musk’s vision to create a brighter future. Now, I’m excited to bring that vision to Twitter and help transform the business together. Everyone’s feedback is important to Twitter’s future. I am here for everything. Please keep the conversation going and let’s build Twitter 2.0 together!”

Former NBCUniversal executive Joe Benarock also joined Twitter on Monday.
