GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), a step-down subsidiary of GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited, has signed definitive agreements and closed its deal with ILP Core Ventures I Pte Ltd. 188.1 crore.

The resulting cash flow will help deploy capital towards expansion facilities and other growth opportunities in the Hyderabad airport land development portfolio,” an official statement said.

As per the details, the warehouse facility will be sold by selling 100% equity stake of GHIAL’s subsidiary GMR Hyderabad Airport Assets Limited (GHAAL) and a special purpose vehicle owned by this warehouse facility. Upon completion of the transactions, Kitt said, GHAAL will become a subsidiary of GIL.

As per the details, the warehouse facility will be sold by selling 100% equity stake of GHIAL’s subsidiary GMR Hyderabad Airport Assets Limited (GHAAL) and a special purpose vehicle owned by the warehouse facility. Upon completion of the transactions, Kitt said, GHAAL will become a subsidiary of GIL.

Established in Singapore on 26 January 2017, ILP Core Ventures I Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of IndoSpace Logistics Parks Core Pte. Ltd. 00% shareholding of 11 Indian SPVs holding a fully developed and leased industrial and warehousing asset portfolio of 8.1 million sft in India.
