This comes after Go First’s lawyers informed the court that they are currently negotiating an out-of-court settlement. In June, the NCLT accepted Delhivery’s plea in which the logistics company had alleged that Go First willfully accepted the payment despite knowing that the airline was filing for voluntary insolvency with the tribunal.

Delhiveri paid the money in the petition submitted to the tribunal ₹1.59 crore to GoFirst for domestic cargo freight services which the airline never provided in lieu of payment.
