Ashley Graham proved she’s a Hollywood pinup when she took to Instagram on Monday.
The 35-year-old fashion model was spotted striking sexy poses in a black lace bodysuit on the French coast.
The Revlon spokeswoman added sunglasses with a messy updo and nude-toned makeup.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition star shared three new pictures of herself dripping in diamonds — she sported diamond earrings and diamond necklaces.
The shoot took place on the balcony of her hotel at the Cannes Film Festival last month.
This is after they claimed that Gua Sha could replace Botox.
She spoke with Byrdy on Monday About dependence More natural procedures.
‘I’ve seen so many girls doing Gua Sha so wrong, I feel like I have the best teacher in the world,’ she said.
‘Her name is Sandra Lanshin and she is also my acupuncturist.
‘If you go on her Tik Tok or Instagram, she shows you exactly how to do it.
‘You don’t need filler, you just need Gua Sha. I always tell her like you are my Botox.
Gua sha, or kerokan, is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that uses a tool to scrape people’s skin to produce light petechiae.
Gua means ‘scrape’ in Chinese and Sha means ‘petechia’ (small, flat red, purple spots).
‘Gua Sha started as a full body treatment – most people don’t realize this because facial techniques have only recently become popular.
‘The point is to scrub the skin (usually the upper body) to stimulate blood flow, release heat-toxins, stimulate lymphatic drainage, activate various body points, stimulate the immune response and bring helpful cells into the area. Sometimes this action creates some discoloration on the skin, which can look dramatic. But there is no pain and the petechiae usually disappear within a few days.’
Graham added, ‘I’m also really into the red light infrared sauna blankets.
‘I think they are on the mend. Good for lying in bed and snuggling up in one to sweat your butt off. It’s very good for your body.’
The model also spoke to Byrdie about how she finds time for her skincare between work and parenthood.
She reminded her fans that she has three children with her husband, Justin Ervin.
‘I’m at a point in life where a crying baby is more important than putting on SPF,’ she says. ‘It will get there eventually.’
Her skincare routine has to fit in with her work and parenting schedule:
‘I definitely don’t have time anymore,’ she shared.
‘Everything in the morning should be fast, steps should be few. I used to be (where) everything had its own little space and was shunned. Now, if it’s not out there and I can’t see it, it’s not happening.
She admits to her biggest beauty mistake from high school:
‘I’ll admit it straight up, I was tanning in tanning beds when I was in high school. Then I realized, this is too bad for me.
‘By the time I’m 40 I’ll look shrunken. When I started traveling for work, they would expect you to be tan.
‘How do I get a tan? I am pale. I have Irish in my blood.
‘People think I’m a different race sometimes – I’m not. I’m your typical white girl from Nebraska.
An unexpected skincare product staple that she never skips.
‘I’m super careful about washing my face with Dial Hand Soap ($8).
‘I saw this girl with perfect skin on Tik Tok using it, so I did it and I haven’t gone back. It makes everything very clean. It’s like it literally pulls everything out of your skin, which is crazy.
This comes after she revealed that she started gagging at night before going to sleep.
The mom took to Instagram to share a picture of herself sleeping with double tape on her lips and pink earplugs.
The model, who was named number one on Maxim’s Hot 100 Sexiest Women in May, captioned the image: ‘I’ve started gagging when I sleep, I’ve never slept better – I’m even better when I wake up. Don’t knock till you try!!’
Mouth tapping is an increasingly popular home remedy for people who have trouble breathing through their nose while sleeping to prevent scratchy throats, bad breath, and snoring.
