Golf Business News – Ladies European Tour Expands Fitness Equipment Partnership

The Ladies European Tour has announced a partnership with Swedish firm Elico, becoming the official fitness equipment supplier for the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Founded in Sweden in 1927, Eliko is a leading provider of high-quality weight training equipment with the core mission of empowering people to perform better in sports and life.

Headquartered in Halmstad, Sweden and with offices in Norway, Finland, UK, USA, France, Germany and Russia, the family-owned company has a long-standing reputation for manufacturing the world’s finest weightlifting equipment. Equipment supplier for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the 2012 Olympic Games in London, as well as several World Powerlifting, Weightlifting and Para Powerlifting Championships.

At selected events throughout the 2023 and 2024 seasons Eleco will supply a fitness equipment kit to the LET physiotherapy team, while they will also provide a travel kit to players who regularly tee up at the LET.

The right treatments and travel kit from Physio Services, as well as additional equipment from Eleiko, are essential for LET players to perform well week in, week out on tour and travel kit to ensure players can stay strong. Fit and benefit them in a long career.

After the tournament, LET will donate Elico equipment used in the physio area during the event to projects in the local area. Thanks to the partnership between the Tour and Elico, donating equipment will leave a legacy and give more people the opportunity to become stronger and understand the importance of health and fitness.
