Salmon is Ashley’s go-to food for energy, especially before shooting. “My first day, I was like, “Okay, first day as a leading lady, eat a lot, be really energetic. “So I had a big piece of salmon and that’s when I needed to get sick, basically because I was wearing a corset,” she told Glamor UK. “I realized you don’t eat when you wear a corset. It changes your body. I had a small waist in no time. The moment you stop wearing it, your body will go back to how it was. I was in so much pain with the corset, I think I tore my shoulder at one point!”
