Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal took to Twitter on Friday to share a sweet note he received from an IndiGo flight attendant. Mittal, best known for his role as a judge in Shark Tank India, was described as the ‘most loved shark’ in a note written by airline staff. Addressing Mittal and his family, they expressed their gratitude for choosing IndiGo to fly to their destination.
“We are delighted to have you onboard the Indigo flight today. thank you so much. Hope to see you all again. Greetings’ – says the note.
In response, Mittal said the kind gesture proved that ‘one thing is right’, referring to the airline staff. Sharing a picture of the note, Mittal wrote, “To my dearest flight attendants, thank you for this. @IndiGo6E This is one thing you got right – your people. Pakkad ke rakho.

Mittal had recently claimed that Indian airlines were following a pattern of last-minute cancellations and rescheduling. Mittal had last month alleged that Indigo and Tata Group’s Vistara regularly canceled flights due to lack of passengers and arranged alternative accommodation for other passengers.
He wrote, “A clear pattern is emerging in Indian airlines, especially Vistara and IndiGo, that if they don’t have enough load on a flight, they cancel it at the last minute with impunity without giving any reason and combine it with an earlier or later flight and call it ‘rescheduling’. ‘…
