Samsung Galaxy M34 5G with ‘monster battery’ now open for buyers

Samsung’s latest battery-focused handset, the Galaxy M34 5G, is now up for grabs on Amazon, Samsung.com and select retail stores. The phone comes with a 6,000mAh battery that promises to last up to 2 days.

Under the hood is Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1280 chipset, the same processor that powered last year’s Galaxy A53. Other features include a 120Hz 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display, a triple camera setup headlined by a 50MP primary camera, and a no-frills design.

But the most impressive aspect of the Galaxy M34 5G is its software support. Samsung has confirmed four generations of OS updates and up to five years of security updates with this phone. That’s significant considering the phone starts at a starting price of Rs 16,999 (including bank offers).

Aside from this, the Galaxy M34 5G features all the bells and whistles you would expect from a UI powered device. There is voice focus feature onboard to reduce background noise during voice and video calls, fun mode with 16 inbuilt lenses, Samsung Wallet support and Knox security. There is also Dolby Atmos.

The Samsung Galaxy M34 5G is available in three colors – Midnight Blue, Prism Silver and Waterfall Blue. It starts at Rs 18,999 for the 6+128GB variant and Rs 20,999 for the 8+128GB variant.
