US President Joe Biden was seen pinching a little girl’s shoulder as he left Helsinki. A video of the shocked girl as the US president greeted embassy staff and their families before boarding Air Force One at Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport has been widely shared on social media.
In the video, Joe Biden can be seen leaning over a girl, putting his mouth on her shoulder and giving her a light lick. The girl flinches when the President of the United States tries to punch her in the head, then turns her head.
Social media users commented on the incident in a tweet, “This is Biden’s weirdest moment with a kid. Biden should not do this, he cannot.
Joe Biden is “confusing babies with ice cream cones right now,” another joked, while Donald Trump Jr. wrote, “Biden should be in a nursing home, not leading the free world.”

This comes as Joe Biden wraps up a five-day tour of Europe where he attended a NATO summit in Lithuania. At the military alliance meeting, Joe Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin “crazy” and pledged his full support for Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky.
“It didn’t happen by accident. It was not necessary. When Putin and his lust for land and power unleashed a brutal war on Ukraine, he was betting that NATO would collapse… and he thought our unity would collapse at the first test. He thought democratic leaders would be weak. But he was wrong,” Joe Biden said.
